Meet Jason – Videographer and Storyteller

Hi, my name is Jason Cheslin, the videographer behind JC Filmz. I’m passionate about storytelling through video and have spent more than 20 years developing my skills in filmmaking and video production.

Throughout my career I’ve worked on a wide variety of video projects, from wedding videography and live events to corporate promotions and documentary-style interviews. I’ve also filmed sports press conferences for international media outlets, giving me experience working in fast-paced professional environments where capturing the right moment is essential.

What motivates me most is the belief that every life event has a story worth telling. Even moments that might seem ordinary can become meaningful when captured in the right way. By combining creative cinematography, thoughtful editing, and a cinematic approach to storytelling, I aim to turn those moments into films that people truly connect with.

My work includes directing, filming, editing, and colour grading to ensure every project is completed to a high professional standard. From the first conversation about your ideas through to the final delivered video, my goal is to create a film that reflects your vision and captures the emotion of the moment.
